Cut two pieces of paper the same size.
Put the two pieces of paper together so you don’t have to do things twice. Concertina the paper till you reach the end.
Then cut any kind of pattern you like.
Separate the pieces and fold them in half.
Where the fold meets on the inside glue on both sides and stick together. Do this to both pieces of paper.
Glue one piece to the other, on both sides, so that it creates a circle.
Add the ribbon to any of the holes you have created. You can then hang it on the branches in the vase.
